Eagle Brook Church is a multi-site church looking for an organized and relational Broadcast Associate to join our team. This person will partner with the Production experts to support services and events. They will schedule and champion the volunteer production serving culture at the broadcast location. POSITION SUMMARY

Assists in the execution of weekend services, Student Ministries services, and special events at the broadcast location. Leads and schedules all production volunteers for the broadcast campus. Supports the broadcast operations team in various capacities.  Serves as the liaison between production and campus ministry teams. Reports to Senior Producer.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supports execution for all weekend services, Student Ministries, and special events
• Recruits, schedules, develops, and leads a production volunteer team
• Coordinates creative wall content projects
  • Coordinates with Creative Arts teams
  • Communicates project deliverables, deadlines, and feedback
• Provides programming and technical consultation to other campus ministry areas
• Operates the prompter during live broadcasts, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of scripts
• Assists in the pre-recorded elements of the broadcast
• Maintains and organizes production equipment at broadcast site
• Orders and manages food and water supplies for broadcast staff and volunteers
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Associates degree, technical school degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• Minimum 2 years working in a music, live production, creative or church environment required
• Follower of Jesus and aligns with Eagle Brook’s nine core beliefs
• Passionate about utilizing all types of programming, creative, and production arts that create environments and experiences that enhance worship
• Proven ability to lead and work with all levels of staff and volunteers
• Passionate for top quality production and excellence with a working knowledge of all aspects of live production

• Salary Range: $20.00-$23.00

• Workdays: Wednesday – Sunday, Wednesday nights for Student Ministries, occasional special events. Expected to work 45+ weekends

• Remote Eligible: may be eligible to work from home one day per week
