Eagle Brook Church is a multi-site church looking for a creative, strategic, and collaborative Producer to join our Production team. This person will partner with the technical experts from our central team and lead their volunteer production team to execute all programming and events at the campus. POSITION SUMMARY

Leads execution for weekend services, special events, and Student Ministries at their assigned campus. Leads and schedules all production volunteers for the campus. Responsible for implementing the brand experience for weekend services by acting as a liaison with the Production and Music teams. Reports to Sr. Producer.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leads execution for all weekend services, special events, and Student Ministries
• Responsible for implementing brand experience for services
• Recruits, schedules, develops, and leads production volunteer team
• Produces the services
• Leads debrief meetings with the production and music teams to make decisions on changes for services
• Provides programming and technical consultation to other campus ministry areas
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Bachelor’s degree, technical school degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• Minimum 4 years working in a music, live production, creative, or church environment required
• Follower of Jesus and aligns with Eagle Brook’s nine core beliefs
• Passionate for utilizing all types of programming, creative, and production arts that create environments and experiences that enhance worship
• Proven ability to lead and work with all levels of staff and volunteers
• Passionate for top quality production and excellence with a working knowledge of all aspects of live production which includes programming, audio, lighting, multimedia, music, and staging

• Salary Range: $45,000-$53,000
• Full/Part Time: full time
• Regular/Temporary: regular
• Workdays: Wednesday - Sunday. Must be available Wednesday nights for Student Ministries and occasional evenings for events. Expected to work 45+ weekends/year.
